Terms and Conditions (the small print)

We want you to enjoy dealing with us so much that you shop here again and again. Therefore, we will do whatever we can to resolve any issues or problems. We will be honest and truthful with you and we expect the same from you in return. This section details how we handle payments and process your orders, how to complain to us, how to return faulty or unwanted goods, some stuff about the law pertaining to our dealings, how we protect your personal data, the security of our website, and our right to protect our creative writings in this website. It is provided for your information and assistance.

If any of this information is unclear, it is probably our fault. Please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to clarify (please note that we may have to put on a curly wig and talk like a barrister).

This site is owned and operated by Fleming Technical Ltd.

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online or by telephone with Fleming Technical Ltd. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods: online transaction via secure server or by telephone. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation and security checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Delivery

We are only able to accept online orders for delivery to UK mainland addresses.

We aim to dispatch your order within one day of receipt and 95% of orders are sent on a next day delivery.

All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within twenty one days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be canceled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

 We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Fleming Technical Ltd and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have simply decided not to keep it, please return it to us within 14 days. We advise customers to return a product with the original or equivalent packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. We will then exchange or refund the cost of the item(s). The address for returns is:Fleming Technical Limited, Brunel Road, Croft Business Park, Bromborough, Cheshire CH62 3NY.  All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original invoice. If you wish to return any item because it is faulty or not as ordered please contact us by telephone (0151 343 1800) or e-mail (custserv@fleming-tech.com) and we will arrange collection at our cost.

Distance Selling Regulations

You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund. To cancel any item, you can e-mail, fax or write to us with your details and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. You will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel. We advise customers to return a product with the original packaging to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey

Products, Prices & Content

Every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product. However, due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£).

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

Any information displayed on our web site or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

We operate a program of continuous improvement of our products and services. Accordingly, we reserve the right to alter our prices and product specifications without notice.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Fleming Technical Ltd. until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

We aim to reply within five working days of receipt, usually within 1 working day when possible.

We will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfil any order requirements and secondly to provide you with information to keep you up to date on products, services or promotions we run from time to time. You can opt out of this at any time, either by writing or emailing us.

We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services, e.g. placing an order, joining our e-mail newsletter or entering a prize draw or competition.

The type of information that we will collect will include - Your title and name, known address, contact telephones numbers, e-mail address, order and payment details. Details may be forwarded securely to other parties in order to full fill this order only. Typically, we will pass order details to our couriers for delivery, and to our payment processing partners for payment authentication and approval.

Individuals registering their details or subscribing to the newsletter online may do so on the understanding that they are aware of the intended purpose for the collection of data.
