The Spill Hound Recycling Centre is an essential component of the Spill Hound system.

Distinctive and easily recognised by its sharp Spill Hound logo, the Recycling Centre is manufactured using tough plastics, to produce a lightweight yet durable unit. The Recycling Centre holds the absorbent and tools you need to respond instantly to a spill - it will easily hold 1.5 bags of Spill Hound and is provided with two brush heads for indoor and outdoor use. Every component of the Spill Hound Recycling Centre is designed for serious industrial use. The non-sparking shovel is built from tough, high density polyethylene whilst our brush stale is manufactured from an advanced fibre-reinforced plastic. The tools are secured using corrosion and vibration-proof mounting clamps. The Recycling Centre is fully mobile and is easily deployed to a spill location.

Tool Attachment

Tools are fixed securely to the Recycling Centre by vibration-proof clamps and are easily removed and refitted. See the video to the right.

The filter enables unused Spill Hound absorbent to be easily recycled for repeated use. See the video to the left for filter location and replacement.

Brush Heads

Every Recycling Centre is supplied with two interchangeable brush heads.

The blue bristles are soft for use indoors and on smooth surfaces.

The green bristles are stiff for use outdoors and on rough or irregular surfaces.

The Recycling Centre conveniently holds around 1.5 bags of Spill Hound absorbent, allowing frequent spill clean-up without the need to refill.

Tough Tools

Tough jobs need tough tools. The Spill Hound Recycling Centre uses industrial-strength tools for a long and dependable service life.

Previously, an oil spill would require operators to locate clean up materials, brush, shovel, bucket and detergent. The Spill Hound Recycling Centre is fully mobile, easily deployed to the spillage site and contains everything required to clean up the oil spill.
